Work Terms
1. General Overview
By hiring me for your design project, you verify that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth workflow and a successful final result for both parties.
2. Scope of Work
The project scope is strictly defined by the initial agreement or quote provided. Any additional tasks, variations, or "scope creep" (extra designs, additional concepts, or major changes not originally discussed) will be quoted separately and added to the final invoice. I am not responsible for work outside the agreed-upon brief unless a new agreement is made.
3. Payment Terms
Deposit: For direct clients, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work begins. This secures your spot in my schedule.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the final design, before the delivery of high-resolution or source files.

4. Revisions & Alterations
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, the project includes three (3) rounds of revisions.
Definition: A "revision" refers to adjustments to the existing design (e.g., color tweaks, font changes, moving elements). It does not cover a completely new design concept or layout.
Excess Revisions: Any additional revisions beyond the included three rounds will be charged at an hourly rate of $[Insert Rate]/hr.
Errors: It is the client's responsibility to proofread all text/copy before final approval. I am not financially responsible for printing errors caused by typos approved by the client.
5. Project Timeline & Delays
Deadlines are collaborative. I adhere strictly to agreed-upon deadlines; however, this requires timely feedback from the client.
