Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (based on your time zone). I can adjust working hours based on the project requirements, and am open to occasional weekend work for urgent tasks.

Payment Terms:
For larger projects, I work with milestone payments. An initial deposit of 30% is required to begin the work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or prior to final delivery. For smaller projects, I prefer 50% upfront and the rest upon delivery.

Communication:
I prioritize clear and open communication. I am most responsive on email and Slack for day-to-day updates and discussions. For project reviews, I am available for video calls via Zoom or Google Meet. I aim to reply to messages within 24 hours on weekdays.

Revisions:
I offer two rounds of revisions as part of the project scope. If additional revisions are required, they may incur extra charges depending on the complexity and time involved. I always strive to meet your expectations within the agreed-upon revisions.

Project Timeline:
I provide a clear project timeline and strive to meet deadlines. Any delays or changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly. For most projects, I will offer an initial estimated completion time after the requirements are discussed.

Support After Completion:
I offer 30 days of post-launch support to address any issues or minor updates. Additional support after this period can be arranged based on the scope and project needs.
