Work Terms

1. Project Scope & Timeline:

Before starting any project, I will provide a clear timeline and discuss the full scope of the work, including deadlines and milestones.

I will provide regular updates on the progress of the project to ensure your satisfaction throughout the process.

Timely communication is key! I strive to respond to messages within 24 hours during weekdays.

2. Payment Terms:

Hourly Rate: $10 per hour

Fixed Price Projects: The price will be agreed upon before the project starts based on the scope and complexity of the work.

A 50% upfront deposit is required for all fixed-price projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the final delivery.

Payment will be made through Guru.com secure payment methods.

3. Revisions:

For each project, I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed price.

Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $[X] per hour.

4. Communication:

I prefer to communicate through Guru messaging system for clarity and transparency.

For urgent matters, feel free to send me an email, but I’ll aim to respond via the platform for all project-related conversations.

5. Deliverables:

Final deliverables will be provided in high-quality formats (e.g., .jpg, .png, .ai, .psd, etc.) as agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

Any files not listed as part of the deliverables will not be included unless requested by the client and agreed upon in advance.

6. Confidentiality:

I respect your privacy and will ensure all details of your project remain confidential.

I will not share or use your materials for any other purposes without your written consent.

7. Cancellation/Refunds:

If you need to cancel a project, please notify me at least 3 days in advance.

Refunds are only available if no work has been done yet on the project. Once work begins, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
