I’m Hassan Said Mhina, a passionate creative and AI visual designer from Tabata, Dar es Salaam. My journey began with a Diploma in Information Technology, but my love for creativity and storytelling drew me into branding and graphic design. I founded Shazam Creative Studios, where I specialize in logos, posters, flyers, and AI-powered visuals, helping businesses, sports teams, and media projects stand out with bold, cohesive identities.
Over the years, I’ve blended traditional design skills with AI prompting, enabling me to produce innovative content efficiently, from social media campaigns to full brand systems. I’ve worked on projects ranging from restaurant branding to football team identities, always focusing on visuals that are not only striking but strategically effective.
I value creativity, precision, and originality, and I believe great design tells a story, communicates clearly, and leaves a lasting impression. I’m driven by curiosity, the desire to learn new tools, and the challenge of turning complex ideas into simple, powerful visuals.
Outside work, I enjoy playing video games, watching movies, swimming and also exploring AI technology, creating digital art, and experimenting with design trends. I also love planting and nurturing ideas — literally and figuratively — like my small rice patch at home. Music, football, and gaming keep me inspired, and I draw energy from observing everyday life and transforming it into creative concepts.
Ultimately, my story is about bridging imagination and execution, turning bold ideas into visual experiences that inspire, influence, and elevate brands.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I operate Monday to Saturday, 16 PM – 22 PM EAT, with flexibility for urgent projects or creative bursts outside these hours. I prioritize efficiency while ensuring high-quality output.
Payment Terms:
Project-Based Work: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
Hourly Work: Paid weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the agreement.
Payments can be made via mobile money, bank transfer, or PayPal, whichever is convenient.
Revisions are included in the initial agreement; additional major changes may incur extra fees.
Preferred Communication Style:
I prefer direct, clear, and organized communication. Mail or messaging apps like WhatsApp work best for sharing briefs, updates, and files. For brainstorming or complex projects, video calls help align ideas efficiently.
