Hello, I am a British freelancer based in the Netherlands. I have over 12 years office based work experience, mainly working in the energy efficiency sector. From data entry, administration tasks, customer service to project management (I have completed Prince2 project management training), I can help you with a broad range of tasks. Attention to detail is a key skill, I was responsible for maintaining excellent compliance rates in a previous role. I also have excellent communication skills which were needed for the customer service and client management aspects of my previous role. I have always used MS office and have good skills using these programs. After spending some time travelling around Europe by bicycle I am available to help you with your business, I have some part-time flexible work and voluntary work (organising a local TEDx event and helping at the animal shelter) which will be secondary to your work requirements.
