Work Terms
Scope of work: The scope of work includes the creation of logo design, branding materials (business card, letterhead, and envelope), and social media design. The client will provide the necessary content (text and images) for the creative design. I will provide up to three rounds of revisions for each deliverable.
Timeframe: The project will commence on [start date] and is expected to be completed within [3 days]. The designer will keep the client updated on the progress of the project and provide regular check-ins.
Communication: The primary mode of communication will be through email. I will respond to client inquiries within 24 hours during the business week.
Revisions: I will provide up to three rounds of revisions for each deliverable. Any additional revisions requested by the client will be subject to additional charges.
Payment terms: A 50% deposit is required to commence the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project. The designer reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.
Ownership and usage rights: Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to use the designs for their business purposes. The designer retains the right to use the designs in their portfolio and for promotional purposes.
Confidentiality: I will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party. I will also ensure that all project files are securely stored and protected.
