My current position is Marketing Manager for a multinational construction company.
My current tasks include the following:
Managing & updating the Company website with new Projects.
Managing Online Chat Teams on Company Website using Zendesk.
Managing & updating Company Facebook Page.
Managing Google Ads & Social Media Campaigns.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Collaborating with marketing team and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
Coordinating business generation activities
Responding to client requests for proposals & business opportunities
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
Responsible for negotiating, editing, drafting, finalizing & signing contracts on behalf of the Company.
Responsible for handling all company imports & logistics from abroad.
