Work Terms

Availability & Hours:
I'm available for full-time contract work, part-time retainers, and project-based engagements. I typically work flexible hours within a US timezone window (CST preferred, but accommodating for client needs).

Communication:
I prefer clear, documented communication via Guru's messaging system during active projects. I provide regular updates, progress reports, and am responsive to client questions. For ongoing retainer work, we can establish a scheduled weekly check-in cadence.

Payment Terms:
All payments are processed through Guru's secure escrow system per their platform terms. Project milestones are funded through Guru, and I invoice upon completion of each phase. Payment is released according to Guru's standard payout schedule.

Project Approach:
I start every project with a discovery conversation to understand your goals, constraints, and success metrics. I provide detailed project scopes and timeline estimates upfront. I'm committed to transparent communication if scope changes or blockers arise.

Revisions & Support:
My project quotes typically include 2-3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are $50/hour. After project delivery, I offer 30 days of bug-fix support included. Ongoing maintenance available at $75/hour or custom retainer rates.
