B2B sales and customer relationships development are first of all about people relations and this is not just business questions for 100%.
I`ve started my career in IT(software development) area at the position of Sales Manager 2+ years ago. There are a couple of main things that I am passionate about:

1. Running/organizing the direct communication with potential customers, starting from initial contact and finishing with the deal closing;
2. This is all about communication and negotiation, including customer situation analysis, discovering of hidden objections, product/service presentation, and final persuasion.

It gives me an opportunity to work in the field convenient for me and at the same time, which is the most important fact, increase revenue and generate new opportunities for the businesses I collaborate with.

The process of sales wouldn't be as effective as possible without the use of supportive tools. I`ve advanced knowledge in:

CRM - Zoho, Hubspot;
Project Tracking Software - Atlassian;
Mass Email Software - QuickMail, Woodpecker;
Variety of LeadGen tools, etc.
