Work Terms
We operate as a long-term technology partner, working with clients through agile, milestone-based delivery. Every project begins with a discovery phase to define requirements, scope, and priorities, followed by iterative development with regular progress updates and review meetings. We value transparent communication, proactive collaboration, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions on time.
We offer flexible collaboration models tailored to each client's needs, including fixed-price projects, dedicated development teams, hourly work packages (time banks), and ongoing support and maintenance services. This allows our clients to choose the engagement model that best fits their objectives, budget, and level of flexibility. Communication is primarily handled via mail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, with response times typically within one business day. Payment terms are milestone-based (commonly 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or customized schedules for larger projects), while support and maintenance can be delivered through flexible monthly retainers or on-demand hourly packages.
