With regard to my ability to meet the specific requirements of this job:

- Property Administrator: I've been working home based as a part time Administrator for a real estate company since November 2018. What I do is contact the Landlords thru email regarding certifications that they need to renew every year. I handle at least 500 properties

- Administrative Tasks: I was a Team Leader for 1 year & 6 months and one of the responsibilities that we have is to send daily reports and doing admin task so I am well versed in using Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

- Video Editing: I'm a self taught video and photo editor that I was only able to learn editing just searching the net and watching YouTube tutorial videos. This is my passion and I love doing it. I've been doing this for year now editing my own youtube videos and working for a client

I use Sony Vegas Pro 14 to edit videos and Adobe Photoshop CS6 to edit photos
