I am a seasoned thought leader in digital, brand and performance marketing. I bring a wealth of experience and expertise that translates into exceptional value in the realm of digital marketing. With over 20 years of dedicated work across diverse industries and roles, I have consistently demonstrated ability to drive strategic business solutions and lead high-performing teams to deliver tangible results. My strengths lie in utilizing influence to garner buy-in from internal & external stakeholders, initiating change, inspiring high performing marketing and management teams, and influencing cultural change. My experience in Go to Market Strategy, lifecycle management, P&L accountability and multimillion-dollar budget management has led to a reputation as an empowering leader with the ability to inspire, manage, develop, evaluate, retain and promote high-performing direct and indirect reports with full accountability to an organization’s goals.
My experiences have led me through various marketing titles at numerous prestigious companies including Amgen, NBC, Warner Bros, Cognizant, AstraZeneca, Abbott, Thermo Fisher, Endpoint and IQVIA. I currently serve as the VP and CMO of Marketing at Endpoint Clinical where I oversee the global marketing strategy.
My passion for digital has led to share my knowledge of business to the next generation of marketing professionals. Since 2018, I have been a digital marketing professor at the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University, where I currently teach students marketing strategy, platform functionality, budget management, performance metrics, channel attribution, and situational analysis.
I earned my bachelor’s degree at Western Michigan University, an MBA at Pepperdine University, and a CMO Executive Degree at Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, I was a D1 collegiate tennis player, a world cultural & food traveler, sports enthusiast, and am fluent in three languages.
