1. Scope of Work
Each project begins with a clear discussion of requirements, objectives, and deliverables. A detailed scope will be agreed upon before work begins to ensure alignment between both parties.
2. Communication
Clear and timely communication is essential for successful collaboration.
Preferred communication channels include:
Guru Workroom messaging, Scheduled calls (Zoom / Google Meet if required), Project updates and progress reports will be shared regularly.
3. Availability
I am available Monday to Saturday and respond to most messages within 12–24 hours.
Urgent requests can be accommodated depending on project workload.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through the Guru SafePay system to ensure transparency and security.
Typical structure:
Milestone-based payments for larger projects
Full payment upfront for small or short-term tasks
Work begins once the SafePay milestone is funded.
5. Turnaround Time
Turnaround time depends on project scope and complexity. Estimated timelines will be discussed before starting the project. I always aim to deliver on or before agreed deadlines.
6. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included to ensure the final result meets the client’s expectations. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require an additional milestone.
7. Confidentiality
All client information, project details, and data are treated as strictly confidential. If required, I am happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
8. Project Changes
If there are significant changes to the original scope after work has started, timelines and pricing may be adjusted accordingly with mutual agreement.
