Payment Terms: I prefer SafePay milestone-based payments for fixed projects — you approve each deliverable before payment releases. For retainers, monthly invoicing works best.

Communication: I communicate primarily through Guru WorkRooms. For ongoing projects, I provide weekly progress updates with data and next steps. I am direct, responsive, and hate surprises as much as you do.

Project Approach: I start every engagement with a discovery phase — understanding your goals, audience, and competitive landscape before writing a single line. No cookie-cutter solutions.

Turnaround: SEO audits in 3-5 business days. Blog content in 5-7 business days per post. Monthly retainer work follows an agreed content calendar.
