I have experience in Finance and administration for the Travel and Timeshare business with a Survey campaign for Lead Generation, that provides back-office and digital services in order to service our clients in the U.S.A, Australia, and Canada.
I am responsible and can handle the task that was given to the skills needed. My knowledge of computers, which enables me to pick up new systems quickly, work independently, and efficiently make me a perfect fit for each organization project.
I consider the following good experience duties in handling all kinds of concerns that the customer needs a satisfying answer. I would say I did enjoy it because I'm experiencing a complete customer’s service it can be an inbound complaint, outbound complaint, and face to face complaint because people have different behavior and I must deal with them diligently.
