A researcher and writer in Food Science and technology, manufacturing and Nursing

For 14 years, I have participated in creating unique solutions to food processors. I have led teams in leveraging food production processes through developing food processing and packing protocols. I have also participated in food products development, preservation and storage.

I also hold a minor in Nursing and over the years, I have engaged in nursing reserach which compliments my role as a freelance researcher and writer.

Work Terms

I am a freelance researcher and writer with open working hours. My payment terms are a deposit of 50% before beginning working on a project, the balance to be cleared after full delivery.
