I’m John Thole, a web developer, SEO specialist, and AI agent builder based in South Africa, passionate about turning ideas into fast, clean, and effective digital experiences. Through JTCreative, I design and develop WordPress websites, build no‑code and low‑code automations, and integrate AI-driven agents that help businesses work smarter, not harder.

Beyond the tech, I’m a Christian writer and founder of Beyond Salvation, a blog where I explore the highs and lows of faith, spiritual growth, and the fight for freedom in a world still marked by injustice and human trafficking. My writing is honest, reflective, and rooted in the belief that the Gospel offers real hope, not fear, for people navigating everyday struggles.

Work Terms

AVAILABILITY:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM SAST
Saturday: Available for urgent requests
Sunday: Not available

COMMUNICATION:
I believe in clear, transparent communication throughout every project. You can expect regular progress updates, prompt responses during business hours (typically within 2-4 hours), weekly check-ins for ongoing projects, and open discussion of any challenges or changes.

REVISIONS:
The number of revisions is flexible and can be negotiated based on project scope. I typically include 2-3 rounds of revisions for design work, unlimited bug fixes during development, and 30 days post-launch support.

PAYMENT TERMS:
• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• 50% final payment due upon project delivery
• Payments accepted via Guru SafePay, bank transfer, or PayPal

PROJECT DELIVERY:
• Realistic timelines discussed and agreed upon upfront
• Milestones set for larger projects with staged deliverables
• Source files and documentation included
• Training provided for content management (if applicable)

ADDITIONAL TERMS:
• All work tested across browsers and devices before delivery
• Website backups provided before major updates
• Confidentiality and NDA agreements respected
• Intellectual property rights transferred upon final payment
• Ongoing maintenance packages available upon request
