I worked as a Communication Assistant for Path Talk that uses an app where customers text us if they need to inquire anything from a certain store, put an hold to an item for them or reserve a table, room or a prodcut from a certain business. We call the business using Skype for them so they won't have to leave their homes and offices and send them a message depending on what the business has told us.
I was also an Associate at Peak Support where I was trained to curate photos for their authenticity. After a year, I was then trained on how to properly respond to emails to our customers.
