Welcome to ACTS/Business. My name is Joshua, and my approach to web development comes from the field, not a tech bubble.
I started out in the HVAC industry, where operations, responsiveness, and clear communication mean everything. Technology has always been a passion of mine, and looking at the tools we have available today, it’s clear we have incredibly powerful, cutting-edge technology right at our fingertips. The problem is that most traditional web agencies aren't using it to help everyday businesses.
ACTS/Business is a dedicated division focused on providing high-utility web and software solutions for commercial operations. It stems from the framework of our specialized branch, ACTS247, which delivers dedicated software and marketing systems. Through both industries, I noticed a massive flaw in modern web design: the standard submission intake is broken. Users fill out a long text form, the business takes days to respond, and the lead dies.
I built this business to change that by putting instant, high-utility communication lines directly into the hands of business owners and their customers.

Everything in Writing: To eliminate any confusion or "he said, she said," all project expectations, milestones, and deliverables are fully documented upfront before code production begins.
Asset Requirements: To maintain a fast and efficient deployment timeline, clients must provide all core assets (branding files, official copy, and verified contact numbers) during the initial onboarding phase.
Milestone Structure: Projects are managed securely through Guru SafePay. A standard 50% initial milestone secures the project placement and framework configuration, with the remaining 50% released upon final quality verification and your approval.
Refinements: To ensure clarity and precision, each standard deployment includes 2 dedicated rounds of revisions to align layout spacing and content accuracy perfectly with your operational requirements.
Project Communication: All correspondence, files, and project management are conducted strictly within the secure Guru Workroom to ensure a clear, legal, and organized project ledger for both parties.
