In addition to my extensive experience, I also have intermediate level proficiency in Spanish, allowing me to communicate effectively with a wider range of customers.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting, allowing me to quickly identify and resolve customer issues. I am also highly skilled in using customer relationship management (CRM) and helpdesk software to manage customer inquiries and ensure timely and effective resolutions.

In my previous roles, I have been responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries, including technical support, billing inquiries, and general product and service questions. I have also been involved in supporting new team members, implementing new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.

As a bilingual customer service and technical support professional, I am able to provide exceptional support and service to Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered in a timely and effective manner. I am detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing the best possible customer experience.

Work Terms

I offer flexible hours of operation to accommodate my clients' needs and ensure that their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Payment can be made through PayPal or bank transfer. I am also available to discuss alternative payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

For communication, I prefer to communicate via email or WhatsApp, as it allows for quick and efficient communication and helps to ensure that there is a written record of all correspondence. I am available to discuss concerns or answer any questions via email or WhatsApp during my hours of operation.
