Language tutoring/ Transcription / Translation
I am a freelance linguist. I am Ukrainian/Russian native speaker and a proficient teacher in English language currently living in Norway. My way of mastering foreign languages ??began a long time ago. It all started from studying on the faculty of foreign philology of the University in Ukraine, then working as a private teacher.
Learning languages ??has become an extension of my own boundaries. The desire to see the world, to travel, to learn the culture and traditions of other countries, led me to a distant, cold, but calm and cozy Scandinavia.
I have got a degree in Travel and Tourism Management in Norway, also I had 2 years experience in Hospitality industry as a Front desk, so i'm used to international communication both in English and Norwegian languages.
So i have excelent commands of my mother tongue language and second languages. In addition i have an extensive cultural knowledge in both languages, so it is easy for me to adapt the translation to the local culture.
Besides translation i am decoding audio, video materials on the following languages ??- Norwegian, English, Russian - into the written texts. I pay attention to details and values perfection as well as i have good eyesight and fast-typing skills, which enables me to finish job as accurate as possible.
