I am a professional and dedicated Freelancer in customer service. I have over 5 years experience within this field. I have worked within several Call center agencies such as: Xerox, IBEX and VXI. During my tenure some of the skills that i exhibited includes: customer support, Market research, data entry and supervisory operations.
I handled both inbound and out bound phone support for clients. I also did live chats and email monitoring.
