Customer Service & Virtual Assistant

My name is Kelley and I have several years of experience in the service industry. I understand how to build and maintain business relationships with customer service. My experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet or exceed customer's expectations because I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings.

I also believe in the personal touch in Customer Service, going above and beyond in making the customer happy. I realize that acquiring and maintaining repeat customers as well as spreading the word of your business is the utmost importance in every company. Positioning a company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I have performed with success many times. I’ve been following your company for a while and really respect how much you focus on customer service, which is something I am very passionate about.

I’ am a graduate with a degree in Sociology. I have skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel. I have also taken classes in Psychology from Community Psychology to Abnormal Psychology.
