Communication is handled through Guru, with progress updates provided throughout the project.
For complex projects, I first review the existing system, requirements, APIs and technical dependencies before confirming the final scope.
Work begins after the project requirements and Guru agreement are approved.
All development is tested against the agreed requirements before delivery.
If issues are found during development, I diagnose and resolve them as part of the agreed scope.
Any additional work outside the original scope is discussed and approved before implementation.
