I am finalizing my Master's Degree in Control & Instrumentation Engineering from Mekelle University, specializing in the design and synthesis of control systems and process instrumentation. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Mekelle University, with a focus on digital and analog circuits, Micro-controller & PLC based systems, and Electrical Installation & machine design. 2. Payment Terms: My preferred payment method is milestone-based payments for fixed-price projects, or hourly billing for ongoing or flexible tasks.

Fixed-Price Projects: Projects will be divided into clear milestones, with payment due upon the completion and approval of each milestone. A small upfront deposit (e.g., 20-30%) may be required for larger projects to initiate work.

Hourly Projects: Time will be tracked diligently using the Guru.com WorkRoom or a mutually agreed-upon time-tracking tool. Invoices will be submitted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
