I am a senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting Windows, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments across healthcare, government, and enterprise organizations.

My background includes managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization platforms (VMware and Hyper-V), and modern Microsoft cloud services such as Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365. I focus on keeping environments stable, secure, and well-documented while minimizing disruption to daily operations.

I am comfortable stepping into existing environments, understanding current configurations quickly, and providing dependable day-to-day administration as well as troubleshooting complex issues. I have supported both on-prem and hybrid infrastructures and routinely work with patching, backups, virtualization, identity management, and endpoint administration.

I value clear communication, practical solutions, and long-term stability over unnecessary complexity. Whether the need is ongoing infrastructure support, environment cleanup, or short-term assistance during high workload periods, I bring a calm, methodical approach and strong operational experience.

Work Terms

Availability: Monday through Friday during standard U.S. Eastern business hours. Maintenance window support can be arranged when needed.
