Ltd.’ co-founded by Mr. Vineet Sabharwal. Empower was an offshore development company producing cutting-edge multimedia applications in line with its US-based parent company, Empower Corporation. They broke new grounds in the area of simulations, games, performance support, and story-based learning environments and were awarded Company of the Year in the Innovation Category by NCEITA (North Carolina Electronics and Information Technology Association) in 1998.
In 1999, Mr. Vineet Sabharwal co-founded Enhance Systems Private Limited to enter the nascent E-learning market in India. Having started with early adopter brands like Nestle, ICI, ICICI, Amway, HUL, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola, Fritolay, etc., Enhance grew into a complete e-learning solutions company; offering complete custom-made content development solutions including language translation, microlearning videos, game-based learning, simulations, etc. and learning management systems.
