Work Terms
Scope of Work: This section outlines the types of documents and texts I will translate, including the source and target languages, as well as any specific client requirements regarding tone, style, or format.
Timelines: Timelines for delivering translations will be agreed upon prior to the start of the project. They will take into account the size and complexity of the documents to be translated, as well as the client's scheduling requirements.
Communication: Communication will primarily be conducted via internal messaging on the Guru platform. I commit to responding to messages promptly and keeping the client informed of project progress.
Revisions: One revision is included in the agreed-upon rate. Requests for additional revisions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees.
Payment: Rates will be based on the number of words, pages, or hours worked, as agreed upon with the client. Payments will be made via the Guru platform according to the agreed-upon terms.
Confidentiality: I pledge to treat all information provided by the client as confidential and not to disclose sensitive content to third parties without prior authorization.
Contract Termination: The contract may be terminated by either party with reasonable notice. Work already completed will be invoiced accordingly.
Applicable Laws: Any dispute will be governed by the applicable laws and jurisdictions as specified in the Guru platform's terms and conditions.
