Work Terms

Hours of Operation
I work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+2, Eastern European Time), with flexibility to overlap with U.S., Australian, and European time zones for meetings, sprint reviews, or urgent updates.

Communication
I prefer clear and proactive communication through Slack, Gmail, or Zoom. Project updates are shared regularly, with quick responses (within 2–4 business hours) to important messages.

Project Management & Collaboration
Tasks and milestones are tracked through ClickUp, Trello, or your preferred system. I follow agile principles — working in sprints, delivering frequent updates, and ensuring transparency at every step.

Quality Assurance
All code I deliver is tested, reviewed, and documented. I follow best engineering practices including Git version control, modular architecture, and CI/CD-ready structure.

Confidentiality
I always sign NDAs and handle client data with care. All intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon final payment.

Availability & Support
I offer post-launch support for bug fixes or minor adjustments (usually 2–4 weeks included). Long-term maintenance or retainer support can be arranged separately.
