I have recently completed my bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Periyar University. Throughout my academic journey, I gained comprehensive knowledge of various IT concepts, networking principles, operating systems, and programming languages. I am confident in my ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Furthermore, I have practical experience working as an IT Support Intern at KeRRA, IT Support Engineer at MFI, Living Goods and Truehost. Throughout my work career, I have provided technical assistance to employees, resolved hardware and software problems, and conducted routine maintenance of computer systems. I also worked closely with the IT team to implement and manage network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and data security.
In addition to my technical expertise, I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. I understand the importance of effective communication when providing IT support to non-technical users. I can explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that users feel comfortable and confident in their understanding.
