Work Terms
I work with both fixed price and hourly arrangements depending on the scope of the project. SafePay protection is required before work begins or upon agreed milestones for larger projects. A 50% deposit may be required for projects exceeding $200.
Turnaround Time:
Standard translation and data entry projects are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Bookkeeping and financial reporting projects are delivered within 48 to 72 hours. Urgent delivery can be arranged upon prior discussion and may attract a rush fee.
Revisions:
I offer up to 2 free revisions per project to ensure complete client satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond this may be charged at an agreed rate.
Communication:
I am available Monday to Saturday and respond to all messages within a few hours. I kindly request that clients provide clear and complete project briefs at the start to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Confidentiality:
All client documents, financial records, and personal information are treated with strict confidentiality and will never be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
Languages:
I work in English and Swahili. All deliverables will be provided in the language agreed upon at the start of the project.
Rates:
Translation: $0.06 to $0.10 per word or $15 to $25 per hour
Bookkeeping and QuickBooks: $20 to $35 per hour
Data Entry: $10 to $20 per hour.
