I value long-term work relationship by providing quality work output.

Prior to working as a freelancer, I was employed by big call center companies here in my country. I used to do customer support, handle technical concerns as technical support, general customer service handling, encoding, chat support and transcription.

However, due to change of priorities (my family being my priority), I decided to put up my own home office and work full time from home as a freelancer. I have been a freelancer for more than 6 years now. I have worked for various clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. I am used to working various shifting hours, especially US hours.

I am a Business Systems graduate and I have excellent English skills, both spoken and written. I am hardworking and good at multi-tasking.

I am experienced in the following:

a. Email management - personal and business emails, email marketing, customer service/support emailing
b. Encoding or data entry - excel file data entry, spreadsheets data entry, inventory, leads, legal information, business information, research information, etc.
c. Bookkeeping - managing Quickbooks, Wave Accounting, Xero, Freshbooks, etc., invoicing, charging clients, processing online orders, collating business reports
d. Social Media - maintaining business and personal accounts, marketing via social media, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tweeter, etc.
e. E-commerce/online business management - Amazon, Shopify, Big Commerce, etc. Handle and manage inventory, reports, advertising, order processing, etc.
f. Basic graphics - logo, emailers, headers, flyers
g. Customer service/support - chat support, email support, general customer service tasks
h. General administrative tasks - typing, file management and sorting, handling schedules and appointments, ticket purchasing, booking and travel arrangements

Work Terms

I can work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. I usually reserve my weekends for my family. But I can also work weekends if needed. I can start work on the next business day.
