Work Terms

My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT). I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. While these are my core hours, I am open to flexible scheduling or urgent tasks by prior arrangement. Weekend work is possible but may incur additional fees.

Payment Terms
To ensure clarity and trust, I prefer using SafePay Escrow for all transactions.

For hourly projects, time is tracked and invoiced weekly.

For fixed-price projects, I request that milestone payments be funded in advance.
Preferred Communication Style
I value clear and prompt communication to keep projects on track.

Please send initial briefs and general communication via Guru's message system.

For updates, documents, and collaboration, I’m comfortable working via Guru, Google Drive, Trello, or Slack, depending on your preference.

For real-time discussions, I’m available for scheduled calls through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
