My career spans more than 15 years across SaaS, IoT, and technology-enabled businesses in North America and Europe. I began in international operations and supply chain roles, where I learned firsthand that growth fails when execution, governance, and systems are misaligned. That experience shaped how I approach every engagement today: practical, structured, and focused on outcomes that hold up under real operating pressure.
I’ve since held senior PMO and business operations leadership roles, working closely with CFOs, COOs, Presidents, and Product leaders. I’ve led global portfolios, post-merger integrations, new product introductions, Quote-to-Cash transformations, and enterprise system implementations. Many of my engagements begin after acquisitions, rapid growth, or restructuring—when fragmented systems, unclear ownership, and inconsistent processes start limiting scale and visibility.
Through Beldoch Solutions, I provide fractional executive-level leadership and hands-on delivery. I’m often brought in to design and stand up PMO frameworks, consolidate businesses onto unified Salesforce and NetSuite platforms, standardize product catalogs and commercial workflows, or lead complex ERP and R&D system implementations. My work consistently reduces operational friction, improves reporting accuracy, and creates the structure leadership teams need to make confident decisions.
I’m known for combining governance discipline with pragmatism. I don’t deliver theory or shelf ware. I build processes teams actually use, systems that support the business, and operating models that scale. I stay accountable from strategy through execution, and I measure success by what continues to work after I’m gone.
I hold an MBA and certifications including PMP and Prosci Change Practitioner. I bring a global perspective, a direct working style, and a strong sense of ownership to every engagement. Hours of Operation
Engagements are offered on a fractional, portfolio-based model, not full-time placement. Availability is structured and scheduled in advance, typically during standard U.S. business hours, with flexibility to support global teams when required.
Engagement Model
I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure focus, accountability, and consistent delivery. Assignments may be short-term, project-based, or ongoing fractional leadership roles depending on client needs.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are negotiable and aligned to the scope and structure of the engagement. Options include hourly, fixed-fee, milestone-based, or monthly retainer arrangements.
Preferred Communication
Clear, direct communication is a priority. I prefer scheduled check-ins and documented decisions, using tools such as video conferencing, email, and collaboration platforms aligned with the client’s operating environment.
