Work Terms
Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm WAT. Available on weekends for urgent requests with prior notice.
Payment terms: 50% upfront before project kickoff, 50% upon delivery. Monthly retainers billed at the start of each cycle. Payments accepted via bank transfer or Payoneer.
Preferred communication: Slack, Guru messaging for day-to-day updates. Loom videos for feedback and revisions. Kick-off calls via Google Meet or Zoom.
Response time: Within 24 hours on business days.
