Work Terms
Hourly Rate & Payment:
Base Rate: $12/hour.
Preferred Method: Happy to receive the final release of funds via platform-supported PayPal transfer.
Communication & Availability:
Flexibility: I am highly adaptable when it comes to communication. While we can use Guru's workspace for official agreements, I am completely open to discussing project details via Slack, Telegram, Discord, Zoom, or Google Meet — whichever is most convenient for your team.
Updates: I provide regular, transparent updates (daily or weekly depending on the project scope) so you always know the current status of the task.
Workflow & Revisions:
Iterative Process: I break down large projects into clear, manageable milestones (Discovery/Wireframing ➔ UI Design ➔ Prototyping ➔ Developer Handoff).
Revisions: Fixed-price tasks include up to 3 rounds of design iterations to ensure the final product perfectly aligns with your vision.
Deliverables: All source files are provided via organized Figma links, along with necessary assets and documentation for your engineering team.
