Work Terms
Availability & Communication
Standard Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (GMT+6).
Response Time: I typically respond to all inquiries within 1–2 hours during business hours.
Preferred Communication: I prefer using the Guru Message Center to keep all project details and files in one secure place.
Project Milestones & Payment
SafePay: I require all project funds to be funded via Guru’s SafePay before work begins.
Milestones: For larger projects, I am happy to break the work into clear milestones with associated payments upon approval of each stage.
Invoicing: Invoices are issued immediately upon completion of agreed-upon milestones.
Design & Revision Policy (For Design Projects)
Revisions: I offer up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the final product perfectly matches your vision.
Final Files: Upon completion and payment, you will receive high-resolution files in the formats you require (AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPEG, or PDF).
Data Entry Standards
Accuracy: I maintain a 99% accuracy rate. I perform a final quality check on all data before submission.
Confidentiality: I treat all client data with the utmost privacy and am happy to sign an NDA if required.
