I started my information technology career as a computer programmer for Caterpillar, Inc. and quickly progressed into leadership roles in marketing and sales operations. I've seen technology rapidly evolve over the past 24 years and have been a key player in developing and implementing large scale CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to support business growth.

I have a unique skillset overseeing CRM initiatives within IT and business leadership roles and I know how CRM needs to fit into an organizations culture and process.

I serve as a thought leader and business advisor working closely with clients to implement customer engagement and CRM strategieis to enable business growth.

Work Terms

Located in the United States, Central Time Zone. Work hours are flexible.
Terms of Payment - Net 30 for larger engagements, Upfront payment required for short term consulting.
Communication Methods - email, teleconference, video conference, in person travel with agreed T&E terms in SOW
