I have been in the customer service industry for 5 years. My most recent experience has been handling Email & Chat Support in E-commerce (eBay).One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it. is the opportunity to connect people. This is also the reason why though I quit with my last job I want to create my own career even I am at home.

I have been a Virtual Assistant on a La Bride Blog site, my main duties was to research the wedding artist, videographer, make-up artist, and all the person that was involved in a wedding.
