Work Terms

Project cost and turnaround depend on the duration of the source material, the condition of the existing subtitles, and the amount of correction required.

For an accurate quote, please provide:

• source audio or video
• existing SRT, VTT, caption file, or transcript
• required delivery format
• any specific style or subtitle requirements
• desired deadline

Before work begins, we will agree on the scope, price, and delivery date.

Standard work may include transcription correction, timing adjustment, synchronization, segmentation, line balancing, punctuation, readability improvements, and final subtitle QC.

Translation, dubbing, and video editing are outside the standard service unless agreed separately.

Reasonable corrections related to the original agreed scope are included. New material or major scope changes may require a revised quote.

Confidential project files will be treated as private and used only for completing the agreed work.
