Virtual Assistant | Excel Expert | Data Entry

Hi, I’m Monicah an experienced Virtual Assistant who knows what it means to start from scratch and still deliver excellence every time. I’ve spent the last four years supporting individuals and small businesses with everything from admin work and customer support to data entry, internet research, and content creation.

I started out as a community educator and volunteer, teaching and organizing programs in Kenya. That experience taught me how to manage responsibilities, meet people where they are, and solve problems even with limited tools. Later, I transitioned into online work, where I’ve supported clients as a creative writer, ESL tutor, and now, a Virtual Assistant.

My strengths?

Work Terms

I am available for both short-term and long-term projects.
My typical working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT). However, I’m flexible and can adjust hours based on your time zone or project needs.

💵 Payment Terms
I prefer milestone-based or weekly payments via SafePay. This ensures clarity and protects both of us. For ongoing tasks, I’m also open to hourly contracts.

📬 Communication Style
I’m clear, professional, and prompt in communication. I respond quickly to messages on Guru, and I’m also open to using email, Zoom, or Google Meet for check-ins or project updates.
