I am a vegan mother of one. My husband and I own a vegan food truck and Etsy shop and I also work from home as a self employed Executive Assistant, data entry expert, typist, transcriptionist, etc. I previously ran a vegan recipe blog, and have experience with creating recipes, vegan lifestyle and fitness guidance, as well as creating online content.
