Work Terms

1. Availability and Communication
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GMT+5). Primary communication is through Guru.com. Video or voice meetings can be scheduled if required. Responses are typically provided within 6–12 hours.

2. Project Process
Work begins after project requirements and deliverables are agreed upon. A proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost will be shared. Projects are divided into milestones. Development updates are provided regularly. Final deliverables, including source code and documentation, are provided upon completion and payment.

3. Payments
Milestone-based payments are preferred. Work on each milestone starts after funding or advance approval. Payment is due upon delivery and acceptance of each milestone. Delayed payments may pause work. Hourly or long-term contracts can follow weekly billing.

4. Revisions and Scope
Each milestone includes up to two revision rounds within the agreed scope. Any additional requirements or scope changes will require a written change request and may impact cost and timeline.

5. Confidentiality and Ownership
All client data, files, and communications are confidential. NDAs are accepted upon request. Upon full payment, all final deliverables, source code, and intellectual property created for the project become the client’s property. Pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks remain the developer’s property unless otherwise agreed.

6. Post-Delivery Support
Free technical support is provided for 7–14 days after delivery for bug fixes only. New features, enhancements, or maintenance are subject to separate agreement or hourly charges.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Unused milestone funds related to incomplete work will be refunded minus applicable work done.
