Hi, I'm Muhammad Haidar Shahab, a product-minded Senior Frontend and Fullstack Engineer with 5 years of commercial experience building performance-critical web applications and cross-platform mobile apps. My technical stack centers around React.js, Next.js, Svelte, TypeScript, React Native, and Python (FastAPI).

My career path has been defined by taking ownership of complex technical challenges. I currently architect high-security financial modules at IFG (Indonesian Financial Group). Prior to this, I led the frontend engineering team at PT Bukit Asam Tbk to successfully consolidate 20+ legacy industrial applications into a unified, high-speed dashboard portal. I thrive in fast-paced environments where outcomes matter more than activity and where clean, scalable architecture is the priority.

Work Terms

• Working Hours: Available Monday through Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (GMT+7 / Jakarta Time).
• Timezone Flexibility: Fully ready to adjust and overlap with GMT+8 (Malaysia/Singapore) or CST (US Central Time) for team synchronization and meetings.

💳 Payment & Milestones:
• Milestone-Based: I prefer dividing projects into clear, transparent phases with associated milestones.
• Payment Terms: Escrow-based payments via the platform, or 50% upfront for small fixed-price contracts.
• Hourly Rates: Open for hourly contracts, with logged hours demonstrating clear output.

💬 Communication Style:
• Direct & Transparent: I rely on clear, candid, and direct feedback.
• Preferred Channels: Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp for daily syncs.
