- Strong experience of troubleshooting and supporting Networks
- Sound working experience of DHCP and DNS Servers
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Utilize network monitoring tools
- Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
- Fixing network faults, network maintenance, Setting up user accounts, permissions & passwords
- Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Configuring Microsoft outlook for user and troubleshooting Mail Problem.
- Responsible for providing help, support and assistance in initial installation of the system, setup and maintenance of the user account, data recovery, etc.
- Installation of all OS, Device Drivers, Software’s Troubleshoots, printers, etc.
- Resolve operating system failures; perform data migration, network connectivity issues.
- Setup and manage the LAN / WAN Network, cabling and wiring infrastructure.
Work Terms
I love detailed email communications, i work 8-10 hrs in a day and i always finish my work before the deadline.
I will be using any remote administration tools (teamviewer, ) and IM's (Skype) in solving issues.
