Work Terms
Payment Security: All projects must be funded via Guru’s SafePay before work begins to ensure payment security for both parties.
Milestones: For large projects, work will be divided into milestones with payments released upon the completion of each phase.
Revisions: I offer unlimited revisions for Graphic Design and 3 rounds of revisions for Composing/Data Entry to ensure total satisfaction.
File Ownership: Upon final payment, the client receives full copyright and ownership of all final design and document files.
Final Delivery: Files will be provided in high-resolution formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG) for graphics and editable formats (DOCX, XLSX) for composing.
Communication: I am available 12 hours a day (9 AM - 9 PM PKT) and provide project updates every 24 hours.
Confidentiality: All client data, documents, and business information will be kept 100% private and deleted after project approval if requested.
Turnaround Time: Deadlines are strictly followed. Early delivery is prioritized for urgent tasks without compromising quality.
