Work Terms
1. Communication
All project discussions, updates, and file exchanges will be conducted through Guru.com messages for transparency and record‑keeping.
I respond promptly within 24 hours on business days.
2. Project Scope & Deliverables
Work begins after clear requirements and sample data are provided.
Deliverables include accurate, verified, and formatted outputs (Excel, QuickBooks, PDF, or ERP files as applicable).
Any additional tasks beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system.
For larger projects, milestone payments are preferred (e.g., 30% upfront, 40% mid‑project, 30% upon completion).
No work is delivered outside Guru until payment is released.
4. Revisions & Support
Each project includes two rounds of revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
Minor corrections are free; major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Post‑delivery support is available for 7 days after project completion.
