For fixed-price projects, I request 30–50% upfront and the remainder on milestone completion or final delivery.
I provide regular progress updates and a working demo/staging link before final handover.
Revisions: 2 rounds of reasonable revisions are included; scope changes beyond the original agreement will be quoted separately.
I deliver clean, documented code and, for larger projects, a brief handover walkthrough.
