Work Terms

AVAILABILITY
20-25 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. I keep daily overlap hours with US and European time zones and normally reply within a few hours.

RATES
Hourly work starts at $20/hour. Fixed-price quotes are available once the scope is clear — for most projects I recommend milestone-based fixed pricing so you know the cost up front.

PAYMENT
All work and payments handled through Guru SafePay. Hourly work is time-logged with progress updates; fixed-price work is billed per completed milestone.

COMMUNICATION
Guru messages, plus a live screen-share walkthrough whenever that is quicker than writing. You get a short written update at the end of each working day or at each milestone, so you always know where the project stands.
