Work Terms & Conditions

1. Project Kickoff

Work officially begins only after I have received a complete project brief and all necessary assets (logos, text, data points, dimensions).

Please provide high-resolution assets. I cannot guarantee print quality if provided with low-quality images.

2. Revisions Policy

I include [Number, e.g., 3] rounds of revisions in my standard packages.

Revisions are intended for refinements (font changes, color tweaks, element placement). They do not cover a complete "redesign" or a change in the initial concept/direction once agreed upon.

New content added after the design phase has started may incur an additional fee.

3. Communication & Availability

I am based in Pakistan (GMT+5) but am accustomed to working with international time zones.

I respond to all messages within few hours during business days.

I prefer all project communication to remain on the platform to ensure a clear audit trail of instructions.

4. Deliverables

Final files are provided in industry-standard formats (JPG, PNG, PDF).

Source Files (AI, PSD, INDD) are included only if specified in the selected package or agreed upon beforehand.

All print-ready files will include proper bleeds and trim marks (CMYK color profile).

5. Deadlines

I take deadlines seriously. If I commit to a date, I deliver.

However, delays in providing feedback or assets on the client's side will naturally extend the final delivery date.
